How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible! Open the RSVP tab and enter your first and last name. If you are responding for a guest or your family, you will be able to do so for your entire party. Our RSVP deadline is December 13th, 2024. We look forward to celebrating with you!

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only due to limited capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If we inadvertently made an error on your invitation, please reach out and allow us to remedy your RSVP.

What kind of weather should I expect?

Answer

The average high temperatures for February in San Clemente are usually in the mid-sixties. We currently expect the afternoon to be about 64 degrees and the evening hours to dip slightly below 50 degrees with light ocean breezes. We will have heaters in the outdoor spaces for both cocktail hour and dinner. There will also be pashmina wraps for those guests who may begin to feel the chill in the air. Our goal is to make sure our guests are comfortable throughout the celebration!

What is the appropriate dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal. Black Tie optional. Tuxedos, Suits, Gowns, and Cocktail Dresses are all acceptable attire for the evening.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the south lawn. The cocktail and dinner hours will be served outdoors on the east and west terrace. You can expect a light ocean breeze and amazing sunset views during these hours and should plan to dress accordingly. Dancing will take place inside the ballroom.

Can we expect dinner and drinks to be served as part of the festivities?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be an open bar available during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. In addition, we will have an award-winning culinary team serving us throughout the evening. We can't wait to share all that they have prepared for you. Be sure to bring your appetite!

Are there reserved blocks of hotel rooms at any particular hotel?

Answer

No. Many of our guests are using this as a vacation opportunity and choosing to stay in surrounding towns or with local family. Recommended hotels close to the venue can be found by clicking on the travel tab.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a metered parking lot available next to the venue. We will cover this expense for our guests, and you will be given a voucher to display inside your vehicle. You are also welcome to park along the residential streets across from the venue. Please let us know if you will be driving to the wedding and will be parking a vehicle so we may plan accordingly.

May I take pictures during the Wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photo or video on your phones during the ceremony so that we can be fully present in the moment together. A professional photographer and videographer will be present capturing the moment for all to enjoy!
