When is the RSVP date?

Please RSVP promptly by September 16, 2024 so that we can have an accurate count to provide to our caterer.

What time is everything starting?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Due to the valet parking, please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to check in your vehicles and head to the Na Lea Terrace.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, valet parking will be available at the hotel for $15. Parking validation will be available at the check in table.

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Please valet your vehicles and take the elevators or escalators to the third floor. The Na Lea Terrace is located near the pool and across the sky bridge.

The reception is located across the street on the ballroom floor.

Is there a Kama'aina Rate to stay at The Hyatt Regency?

Answer

Yes, there is an option to book a room at the Hyatt Regency with the Kama'aina rate however, guest must have a Hawaii ID upon check-in. To make these reservations call 808-237-6300.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Come ready to party, but please drink responsibly...make sure you have a designated driver, uber to and from the event or even booking a room at the Hyatt or a hotel near by!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress up for our wedding celebrations!! Ladies, wear that dress or jumpsuit you've been waiting to wear and tasteful heels are encouraged. Gentlemen, please wear long pants, tasteful shoes and a collared shirt. Dinner jackets and aloha attire are also welcomed. Please, no jeans, ripped pants, t shirts, or light white colors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1 or my children?

Answer

Due to the limited space of our reception, we have decided to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Your names will be listed on your RSVP. However, we will be allowing Mamas to bring their babies under the age of 2 years old.

Do we get a special rate to book at the Hyatt Regency?

Answer

The Hyatt Regency is offering a Kama'aina rate however, guest must have a Hawaii ID upon checking in. To book a room with this rate call 808-237-6300.
