Joanna and Allison have had three decades worth of shared adventures, laughs, and the occasional difference of opinion. She is a dedicated running buddy and the much loved "Tia JoJo" to the boys.

Michelle and Allison first met at the Young Life camp in the DR in 2011, where they shared a mutual love of math and teenagers. Little did they know that they would be coworkers in a few short years at Pico! Their friendship has continued to span time and distance as they both continue to work for Young Life and parent young children. Allison also introduced Michelle and her family to Waffle House for the first time in 2023 and they became great fans.

Beth and Allison's friendship was forged through the fires of high school lunch rooms, miles and miles of cross country running and laughter, and spanned the years of motherhood as well. Not sure where they would be without the invention of the Audio Message, but grateful for 10 minute voice messages once a week, chaotic playdates, and occasional runs that have kept them connected!
