Allison and Kristen met on the first day of high school and have been inseparable since. Most know the story of their meeting and how Allison knew instantly that Kristen would be her best friend, as it is always a topic of conversation when introduced to new friends. One of Allison's favorite qualities is Kristen's unwavering support of those around her, through each twist and turn of life. In fact, Kristen is the reason Allison took a chance and went on a date with John in the first place! Allison is grateful to be Kristen's maid of honor as she marries the love of her life and cannot wait to share her own special day with Kristen by her side as well!
Bill Gibson

Bill and John have been best friends since John’s 2nd summer camp in the Boy Scouts at Treasure Island. Even though Bill and John were a year apart, they became inseparable. John and Bill are always laughing, coming up with inside jokes that have lasted a lifetime. John and Bill shared their first concert together with Bill’s Dad at Creed and went to Ozzfest just a few months later with John’s Mom. John is thrilled to have Bill as one of his best men as their friendship has lasted over 18 years!

Allison and Kyleigh met at an internship and quickly bonded over their love of a band called Timeflies. Time surely does fly as this was 11 years ago and these two have continued to be close friends despite Kyleigh moving two hours away. Timeflies might have broken up, but these two both know that there is always a concert or get together to look forward to! Allison is most looking forward to becoming an Auntie as Kyleigh and her husband Grant are preparing to welcome their first bundle of joy June of 2025!

Tyler and John have known each other since freshman year of high school. This friendship started when Tyler and John were in high school band with Tyler as a guitarist and John being a vocalist. Eventually, Tyler and John founded their own band together. “Chaos” played at local venues in Philadelphia. The band may have broken up but these two rock stars have a bond that can never be broken. You might just be able to catch this dynamic duo rocking out at your local pub!

Allison is not 100% sure where or when she first met Alex as both of their parents threw them in every activity imaginable, but the one that intertwined these two for good was Irish Dancing. Whether it was a sweaty church basement or an even sweatier barn loft, these two have always found a good laugh together. They make their friendship a priority and don't let life's busy nature keep them from spending quality time with each other! Allison looks forward to sharing this journey with Alex as they both plan their weddings; Alex was engaged to Case just a week before John popped the question and will be tying the knot just a few weeks before Allison and John's big day!

Kurran and John’s friendship has reached the drinking age of 21. John truly believes Kurran is the most loyal friend he has. Whether it’s helping him move 1, 2 or 5 times or helping look after a pet while on vacation, he’s always there. John and Kurran have watched countless Philly sports games, most recently celebrating the Eagles Super Bowl win. Whether it’s parading the streets of Philly or celebrating a 10th birthday at the Wachovia Spectrum on the jumbo-tron, it’s always a great time when these two get together.

Allison feels lucky to have her future sister-in-law as part of her special day! Throughout the years they have shared countless memories, from pumpkin picking to swimming with pigs in the Bahamas. It has been quite a journey as they plan their weddings side by side; Haley and her fiancé Mike will be tying the knot shortly before Allison and John! Allison was honored this past summer at an Earth, Wind and Fire concert when Haley shared with her the dress she would wear on her wedding day. What an exciting time for the Newman family!

When John met Mike, the two quickly bonded over a love for Philadelphia sports. They have enjoyed many Eagles tailgates and Phillies games together. One of John’s favorite memories is when Mike, Haley, John and Allison went to a Phillies game together in the dead of summer. And while they sweated their butts off, they enjoyed every moment. John looks forward to standing beside Mike as he marries John’s sister, Haley. After 8 years, he sees how Mike makes his sister happy and couldn’t ask for a better man to join the family!
Ariana Pulhac

Allison isn't sure the first day she met Ariana, but she remembers hearing about this new girl her brother was dating long before she met her in person. Allison remembers sending hot chocolate toppers to Ariana through her brother the first Christmas they were together, hoping to meet her! Since then, these two have grown a bond that is stronger than either of them imagined. Some of Allison's favorite memories with Ariana were spent splashing around in the pool during one particularly difficult summer for the Ruszczyk family. Ariana has always made Allison feel like family, inviting her and John to numerous Pulhac family holidays and events.

Steve and John have been friends since childhood. John can rely on Steve to go to any concert, as long as it’s on a Saturday. John feels as though Steve always has his back. Their friendship has grown stronger over the last ten years specifically through their love of pro-wrestling, comics and heavy metal. John’s favorite time spent with Steve is the numerous times they’ve *tried* to attend the Monster Mile Nascar race in Dover, DE. With Steve’s contagious laugh and quirky attitude, John and their friends can always count on him to put a smile on their faces.
Melanie Gonzales

Melanie and Allison met freshman year of high school and although Allison doesn't remember this, Melanie recalls Allison calling her over to take seat with her friends in the gym the first few weeks of school. While their friendship was a solid one in high school, it has grown even stronger in the years since. Allison is enamored by Melanie's spunky attitude and the way she stands up for those closest to her! When faced with conflict, Melanie is a sounding board, usually over martinis at a new restaurant.
Jeff Altmeier

Jeff and John’s relationship has always been a form of brotherly love. John is grateful he is considered one of the Altmeier sons. He has been invited to go on family vacations down the shore and used to attend Cub Scout meetings at the Altmeier household. The Altmeier house was where Jeff’s brother coined the nickname “Bishop” that has stuck with John and his friends ever since. Jeff and John also just celebrated the 2nd Eagles Super Bowl win together with Kurran. Cheers to many more victories and celebrations in this lifetime!
Racquel Zurick

When Allison's parents switched her school in the summer between 2nd and 3rd grade, Allison was devastated. However, Allison was lucky to walk into her new school to see a new friend, Racquel ready to show her around. These two became fast friends and formed a bond that has lasted over 23 years and counting. Racquel has always been a loyal friend, showing up to many birthday parties, playdates, and of course a 15th Birthday party for Allison's childhood dog, Nibbles. Allison always looks forward to spending time with Racquel, usually trying out a new restaurant or bar.

Joe and John have always prioritized being a part of each other’s lives, especially because they were the only scouts who did not go to the same school as all the others. The two do not share many interests, with Joe breathing politics and John always looking for a microphone to sing into, but the two have bonded over learning about each other’s passions. They love to talk about history and music and all the in-between. John is so proud of Joe, as he has recently become the State Senator of Northeast Philadelphia. John even helped knock on doors for his campaign! Joe continues to support John by seeing his gigs whenever he can make it!

When Allison met John's family for the first time at a pumpkin patch, Liz was just 11 years old! Now, almost 5 years later, Allison has had the privilege of watching Liz grow and become the beautiful young woman she is today. These two love family trips to OCMD together, riding the haunted house and screaming at the top of their lungs! Allison loves watching as Liz finds her passions, from dance to sailing to now learning to play the piano and guitar. Allison feels lucky to have gained a little sister in Liz, and cannot wait to have her by her side on her wedding day!
