What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 3:00 pm. Please plan to arrive a bit ahead of the start time, to ensure time for parking and finding a seat.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation indicated "guest," then yes, you may bring a date!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We do not have a block at a hotel. However, there are many hotels in both Culpeper and Warrenton, which are both about a 30 minute drive from the venue.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is separate parking for both. You will arrive at the ceremony site first, then drive to the reception site once the ceremony is over.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
The dinner will be served buffet style, and will include dishes for vegetarians and gluten free options. Please let us know if you have and other allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation. Please choose a designated driver ahead of time, if needed :)

Are there accommodations on-site?
Answer
Yes! Castleton has houses on the property that guests may stay in. However, Castleton requires at least a 2-night stay. See their website for all available accommodations, and to book, contact Connie Payne.
