Contact either Allison or Jeremy and they will contact the hotel about adding more rooms.
No transportation is set up for guests to get from the hotel to the venue. We encourage ordering an Uber or a Lyft, and give yourself 10-15 minutes to arrive on time, even though The Old Rancho is ~7 minutes from the hotel.
Out of town guests can join the Bridal Party and immediate family after the Rehearsal Dinner at Draft Republic to mingle and start the celebration. This will not be hosted.
Please RSVP by August 16th so we can coordinate final touches with the venue.
The dress code is Summer Formal: suits for men, midi or longer dresses for women
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception space both have partly shaded areas.
September in San Diego is beautiful! Specifically in Carlsbad, CA, the average temp in September is 73, and a low of 62 at night. If you’re dancing, you shouldn’t need a jacket!
The venue has cobblestone, brick, flat turf, and a dirt drive in which any heel should be able to manage.
There is self parking at the venue.
