Lisbon is about 35 minute drive(uber) from Ericiera. Lisbon is an amazing to city and we highly recommend exploring. Walking tours are free and a great way to check out different areas of the city. Our favorite part of the city was Alfama!

A beautiful seaside town near Lisbon with a lovely marina, stylish beaches, and loads of amazing restaurants and bars. It has more of a polished, resort feel compared to Ericeira’s surfer vibe, and is a great spot for a day trip.
The Douro Valley is known for its stunning scenery of terraced vineyards along the Douro River, its rich history of winemaking and the opportunity to experience unique wine tastings and tours in a picturesque landscape that is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
