Are children welcome?

We are asking that only children listed on your invitation are brought to our celebration.

Dress Code?

We would appreciate if everyone dressed comfortably for the weather but avoided black and white.

When and how should you RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st so we can plan accordingly. We provided an RSVP card with your inventions so you can mail it back to us or you can RSVP here on our website.

When should you arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to have time to get settled in your seat.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and uncovered. The reception will take place outside as well but we will have tents and a covered area.

What drinks will be available?

Answer

We will be offering a variety of soda, water and alcoholic beverages during the reception. Please feel free to bring your own beverages if desired.

Where should you park?

Answer

Please park along the the driveway while not blocking anyone in. You can also park above the hill along either side of the driveway.

What kind of food will be available?

Answer

During cocktail hour we will have a variety of snacks and handheld foods such as crackers, cheese, meats and fruits. For dinner we will have a catered buffet style meal offering barbeque with a choice of different sides.
