I’m having trouble booking the hotel/it says that I can’t check in on the day I’m trying to.

Answer

If you have issues booking the hotel, you will need to contact the hotel directly. (901) 708-2440 - ask for Meagan in Sales. She is super friendly and will get it worked out. MAY 3RD IS THE LAST DAY YOU CAN BOOK A ROOM AT THE HOTEL FOR THE DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE WEDDING.

Question

I can’t update my RSVP on the website. Is there another way to do this?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to planning needs for our historic landmark venues, we’ve had to disable RSVPs as of February 25th and will be unable to accommodate additional guests. We recognize that changes happen. Please reach out to us directly if you’ve had a change of plans!

Should I look up the name of the venue in GPS?

Answer

Use the full address in GPS for both the ceremony and reception. Navigating to the name of the chapel may take you to the hospital that owns it instead of the actual chapel and Cordova School could bring you one of several places.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want to be sure our photographer can get unobstructed shots, so we are asking that everyone wait to take pictures until after the ceremony.

Answer

Unfortunately, space is very limited at both the ceremony and reception venues, so we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation.
