DINNER OPTIONS
First Course: Choice of Caesar or Garden Salad
Second Course: Choice of Rib Eye Steak, Grilled Salmon, Peruvian Chicken, or Vegetarian Japanese Curry
Caesar Salad: crisp romaine hearts with Caesar dressing, croutons and parmesan cheese
Garden Salad: fresh artisan greens with Roma tomatoes, red onions, carrots, and croutons with a balsamic vinaigrette
Rib Eye: placed on roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables, served with chimichurri sauce
Grilled Atlantic Salmon: topped with lemon dill butter and served on top of steamed rice and seasonal vegetables
Peruvian Chicken: chicken marinated in lime, fresh oregano, garlic, and smoked paprika, rotisserie-cooked and served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian Japanese Curry: slow roasted carrots, potatoes, and onions in a mild curry sauce with sticky rice
