Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, Black tie optional is the dress code. You can Google this dress code option for some fun ideas but here is a general idea of what the dress code means below A black-tie optional dress code gives guests a couple of formal options to choose from. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Although we love your children, we've decided to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only. If you are in town with your family, they are able to come to our Thursday or Friday night activities listed in the FAQs below or on the schedule tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4-4:15 as the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm

Is there parking at Swiftwater?

Answer

Yes! There is parking onsite at Swiftwater. If you need to park your car and leave it over night you are welcome to do so! There will be shuttles provided back to the Lodge at Suncadia at the end of the evening.

Is there transportation to and from Suncadia to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the Lodge, or one of the houses or Airbnb's on Suncadia property here is some information that will help you arrive easily at Swiftwater using the complimentary shuttle. Location of Pick up: Suncadia Main Lodge First Shuttle Time: 3:45pm (shuttles will run regularly after that) Location of Drop off: Swiftwater Cellars

Are there any other events besides the wedding and reception?

Answer

Yes! There are a few events people are invited to if you are in the area early! See the schedule tab on our website for additional information. Thursday Night We will be hosting dinner and drinks at one of the houses we have rented for the weekend. If you are in town early feel free to stop by for food, beverages or just to say hello! Address: 100 Bullwheel Lane Cle Elum, WA 98922 Friday Night We will be having drinks at The Inn at Suncadia before our big day! If you are in town already feel free to come by to say hello and have a night cap before calling it an evening. (Note, this is a no host event, please bring cash or card for food or drinks at this event). Cocktail attire suggested!

Where is the after party located?

Answer

If you are not ready to retire your dancing shoes for the evening, we will be moving our after party to a house walking distance to the Lodge and the Inn. We will have food, drinks, and games. House Address: 3721 Suncadia Trail
