We're Getting Married!

Drew and Allison were introduced back in 2011 through Allison's cousin Eric, who grew up in the same neighborhood as Drew. Eric and Drew were friends from the time they were 3 years old! The first time Drew and Allison met was on Eric's jet ski in the Susquehanna River. They remained friends throughout the years going on dates here and there. But between Drew being in the Air Force, and Allison focusing on finishing college, the timing wasn't quite right. In the summer of 2018 Allison took a leap of faith and reached out to Drew in response to a snapchat of him on a jet ski. Only a few weeks later they had an official first date and it was magic ever since.

A year and a half later, Allison and Drew knew they were meant to be together. It was Allison's birthday weekend and Drew planned to take her to the same place they celebrated the previous year, Lupo's Italian Kitchen in Rehoboth Beach. Allison had a feeling this was coming because Drew had asked her parents for their blessing and in return he was given her great-grandmother's engagement ring. Drew took the diamond and made a custom setting just for Allison. That night during dinner he got down on one knee in front of the whole restaurant and proposed. Of course she said YES! The whole restaurant erupted in applause and it was the happiest night of their lives.
