When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please respond for all listed guests by October 18th. Unfortunately, we won't be able to reserve seats for late or missing RSVPs. Thank you in advance for your timely reply - we are looking forward to celebrating with you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Refer to the Time & Location page for the start time. For our ceremony, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted and may join us afterward at the reception. We recommend allowing yourself ample time to account for traffic or unexpected delays.

What is the dress code for guests?

Answer

For our planned wedding events, a formal dress code is required. We kindly ask all men to wear suits rather than tuxedos. For women, elegant dresses are welcome. We do ask that you please avoid wearing outwardly bright or flashy attire. Additionally, we respectfully request that women and children refrain from wearing white dresses.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding? Can we post them on social media?

Answer

We have carefully hired professionals to capture our special day through both photography and videography. Therefore, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from using any cellphones or cameras during the ceremony, allowing everyone to be fully present and share in the moment. If you wish to take photos during the reception, please be considerate of the photographers and videographer by turning off your flash. We also request that guests wait to share images on social media until after we have posted our official photos and videos. Our professional gallery will be available to view after the event.

Can we bring our kids? What about a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, we are keeping plus one's and children to invitation-only. We sincerely thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes.

I have a food allergy; would it be possible to submit a special request?

Answer

Of course - please include any dietary restrictions with your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Kindly note that, due to venue limitations, we are unable to fulfill general food or drink preferences.

Will you have a cash bar or an open bar?

Answer

We will be hosting an open bar featuring beer, wine, and spirits, all complimentary for our guests. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Are the ceremony and reception taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Afterward, guests will move indoors for the remainder of the evening. During the reception, the doors will remain open to allow access to the attached patio, which can be enjoyed throughout the night.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Winter in Arizona is a truly a dream. With mild temperatures ranging from the mid-40s to mid-70s and minimal chance of unfavorable weather, your stay with us is sure to be comfortable and enjoyable.

Is there transportation between the hotel and venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation for our event; however, our venue is located approximately 20 minutes from our recommended hotel. We encourage carpooling when possible and suggest using rideshare services as needed.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue. As parking may be limited, we encourage group travel when possible.

Where should we bring or send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. For those wishing to honor us with a gift, see our Registry page featuring our preferred gifts: a home down-payment fund and a honeymoon fund. If you prefer to bring a gift in person, a card box and gift table will be available at our reception.
