The doors will open at 4pm where you can join us for a celebratory glass of champagne to kick off the evening. The ceremony will be held promptly on the beach at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor deck, and the reception will be held indoors overlooking the ocean. Please note: Ceremony seating will be in the sand. There will be a wood plank aisle covered in fabric to walk down to the beach until you reach the rows of chairs.
Transportation will be provided between the hotels (Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn) and the venue (Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club). The shuttle will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn promptly at 2:45pm. The shuttle will leave from the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club at both 10pm & 11pm. *The shuttle company name is Mark of Elegance.
The venue has ample parking available. Guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn can take the shuttle to and from the venue. Uber and Lyft are also available.
It is typically very moderate temperatures, which tend to drop in the evening.

All events are at the same location, The Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club. Please plan to arrive at 4pm so that you can enjoy a glass of champagne on the deck and be seated in time for our ceremony. We recommend checking Google Maps to plan your travel time, which can fluctuate due to traffic.
