Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Allison Reynolds and Brett Bishop
We're so excited to share a few of our favorite things to do in the Valley! There are an abundance of attractions within the Valley as well as many places to go for a Day Trip!

Day Trip: Grand Canyon

AZ 86052

Speaks for itself.

Day Trip: Flagstaff

Flagstaff, AZ

For our New Englanders who want a taste of home in the desert, head north! Flagstaff is absolutely gorgeous for its trees, four seasons, and ski resorts. You can also tour the campus of Northern Arizona University, where Olympic athletes go to train and home to the Lowell Observatory for a stunning view of the night sky without city lights.

Day Trip: Sedona

Sedona, AZ 86336

Sedona is a beautiful town of red rocks. It has a cute, small downtown area for shopping and eating. You can also visit many places for spiritual healing. There are hiking trails in abundance. Alli's favorite is West Fork Oak Creek Trailhead. Sedona is also famous for its Pink Jeep tours that go all over the amazing Red Rock Formations.

Day Trip: Tucson

Tucson, AZ

For those who want a full desert, southwestern town experience, Tucson is the epitome of a southwestern town. Home to University of Arizona, it has a vibrant downtown, but you can also go to the outskirts and see sprawling desert or explore Mount Lemmon.

Sports: State Farm Stadium

1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305

Home to the Arizona Cardinals!

Casino: Talking Stick Resort Hotel

9800 East Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85256

One of many casinos within a short distance of the venue, Talking Stick is an opportunity to gamble in an upbeat atmosphere. Golf is also available on site! Other fun casinos include: Wild Horse Pass, We Ko Pa, & Gila River casinos

Restaurant: The Ostrich

10 North San Marcos Place, Chandler, AZ 85225

For those who want a speakeasy experience (yes, the Wild West had them too). We love Crust, the pizza restaurant that hid the location of the Ostrich. The rest of Downtown Chandler is fun too! Look for the red light, down a flight of stairs on the side of the building!

Restaurant: Hash Kitchen

2855 West Ray Road, Chandler, AZ 85224

There are multiple locations but this is our favorite brunch spot!

Restaurant: Postino Annex

615 South College Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85281

There are multiple locations but this is one of our favorite date spots!

Bar: Maya Day & Nightclub

7333 East Indian Plaza, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

For our bougie partyers, this is the location of the block of clubs you can find in Oldtown Scottsdale. There are dress codes for entering! The same block also has a vibrant brunch scene!

Bar: Mill Cue Club

607 South Mill Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85281

Explore Mill Ave! During the day, Mill is a fun strip of Tempe with many unique shops and delicious restaurants. At night, this is the party hub of Tempe and where Allison and Brett met!

For all the days along the way
