August 1, 2026 There will be limited space at the venue with a seating chart. Please understand that we will not be able to accommodate guests that RSVP after the deadline.
You can RSVP by text, email, or through our website. No need to worry about sending us your reply through the mail!
We realize that not everybody will be able to attend, and that's okay! If you are not able to attend, please select decline when you RSVP through our website, or simply text or email us to let us know you will not be able to make it.
Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at The Trillium Venue.
There is limited parking at the venue. When RSVP'ing please provide us with your lodging information so Elite Shuttle Services can create an efficient and safe transportation plan to the wedding venue for you.
We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of our ceremony. This allows plenty of time to take the shuttle or park your car, mingle with friends and family, and find your perfect seat!
All invited guests will be named on the invitation. We unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests outside of what is named on the invite card.
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up in semi-formal to formal attire. Examples for what to wear would include: cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. That said, we want you to be comfortable and what matters to us most is that you share the day with us. And remember, dancing shoes are more important than fancy shoes! We do ask please that you avoid wearing colors such as white, ivory, and cream.
With love, we are limiting our guest list to adults and children of immediate family. Thank you for understanding.
We kindly request that personal cameras and cell phones be set aside during our wedding ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos during the reception as long as it does not interfere with our photographer. We want to celebrate our special day with you, not your phones. We ask that you please respect our photographer by putting your phones and cameras away while she photographs our special day.
Yes, this time will be our cocktail hour. During this gap, you are welcome to enjoy drinks at the bar, enjoy some appetizers and mingle with our special guests.
Our reception will end at 10:00 PM to allow our party to clean up by the end of the night. While you are all welcome to continue the celebration after you leave, there will be no formal after-party.
We will have a traditional-style menu that will be served buffet style. Water and tea refreshments will be served with dinner as well.
Yes, there will be an open bar, and we’ll also be featuring our signature cocktails for you to enjoy!
