What’s the best way to book my trip?

We suggest calling Sandals directly at 1-877-726-3257 and use extension 3715. Booking code is WG24171611. This can also be used for Beaches reservations.

What dates should we book?

We recommend May 1st-May 4th. There is a direct flight on both of these days from Boston to Montego Bay that we suggest.

When should I book by?

Please book by December 1st to ensure you will be able to join us.

How much will this cost?

Answer

The average cost for a room and a flight this time of year will be about $1,000-$1,500 per person for a 3 night stay, which Sandals and Beaches requires.

Do we have to stay at Sandals?

Answer

No! Sandals is a couples resort, so if you will be traveling alone or with a family we recommend Beaches Ocho Rios, Sandals sister resort. Beaches is 15 minutes away and has a complimentary shuttle between resorts. There is a $280 full day pass from 10am-12am, or $150 for 4pm-12am. We will be covering all passes the day of the wedding. If you choose to stay off property let us know so we can help you get to and from the wedding!

Where should we fly into?

Answer

There is an airport in Ocho Rios, however flights typically have long layovers or are expensive. We recommend flying into Montego Bay. Sandals will have a free shuttle bus that will take you directly from the airport to the resort. The shuttle takes approximately 90 minutes.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

We completely understand that this is a big ask, if you are not able to make it for any reason that is okay. We will be having a large get together in early June to celebrate with everyone!

What is included?

Answer

Everything! Once you pay for your room and flight that is all you’ll need. Sandals will transport to and from airport. All drinks, food, and entertainment are included in the cost. Off property excursions, golfing, and the spa are at an extra cost.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

No! Please do not get us anything at all. Your presence at our wedding, especially in another country, is more than we could ever ask for! If you are unable to come to the wedding and would like to send us a gift, we will have a registry. However your love and appreciation is enough for us!

What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy casual. For men: khakis and a button up. For women: sundress, two piece set, jumpsuit. This will be an outdoor ceremony and reception, so choose your footwear accordingly!

Did we book this because of The Office?

Answer

Yes. Please refer to season 3, episode 12 of The Office prior to arrival.
