Question

What is included if I stay at the camp?

Answer

Each cabin has several bunk beds - with twin size beds. We are trying to limit 6-8 guests per cabin. Cabin does have electricity! You will need to bring pillows and sheets (or blankets or a sleeping bag). Bathrooms are communal but super nice! Several full size showers and toilets are in each facility. Several are available on the property. All are well lit and not far from the cabins. Please make sure to bring your own towels for bathroom use!

Question

What’s the dress code? What should I bring for clothes?

Answer

Dress is what we are calling “camp chic.” What that really means is boho chic or garden party attire. For women - floral dresses of any length, flats are encouraged. Be comfy and cute! For men - khakis, button down shirts. Suspenders are a cute accessory. Jackets are optional. No tie needed - but we love a good bow tie! For the rest of the weekend, be as comfy and casual as you want! We suggest bringing a nice sweatshirt to wear at night - it can be chilly as we are on the lake. Bring flip flops as well.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Heck ya! It’s a summer camp! Please confirm with Bill & Allison if you’re bringing the kiddos so we can account for food for them and make sure we group families together in one village. We will have snacks and beverages for kids; plus some activities for them to do on Saturday. We will have water sports that day (boating, canoeing, kayaking) and arts & crafts for them to do during the day.

Question

Are furry friends allowed?

Answer

Sadly no, we can’t have dogs at camp.

Question

Will there be alcohol on site?

Answer

Is that a real question? But seriously, yes we plan to have plenty of beer, cider, wine (and non-alcoholic options) all weekend long. Friday will be serve yourself from our offerings; Saturday we will have bartenders. We just ask you please tip them as a thank you for their help! No hard liquor is allowed on camp grounds. No glass is allowed either. We will have kegs or cans available. Please drink responsibly and we ask no one drive after drinking, so please plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have tried our best to allow for plus ones (indicated in your invite); due to limitations to how many people can stay on camp we have to be mindful of how many guests we can invite. Appreciate your understanding on this!
