Our Love Story
Our story began on a hot band lot during August 2017. Both in our first year at Texas Tech, we happened to have mutual friends grabbing lunch together on our first day. Andres couldn't stop making Allison laugh, and he still hasn't to this day.
We never would have thought that we'd have to travel 356 miles to Lubbock, only to find out we grew up 1.6 miles from each other. Throughout our relationship, we've only grown closer each day we spend together, partially due to our love of cooking together, traveling to New Mexico, and hanging out with our sweet pup, Maple.
On one of those trips to New Mexico, a stop at White Sands led to a beautiful proposal. After we made a wrong turn at a border checkpoint and trekked through the dunes, Allison said "yes" to forever.
We are so excited for our future together. Whether we're traveling the world side by side or making homemade pasta in our kitchen, we hope our love always feels like that first day when we couldn't stop laughing together.
