Many of our recommendations are in Downtown Flag. If you have some time to kill, just wander around! You'll run into countless bars, breweries, and little shops to explore! A lot of our favorite places are around Beaver Street, LeRoux Street, and San Fransisco Street near Route 66.
Great place for dinner or drinks! Treat yourself to a yard jar! Adam likes the Red Ale, and Allison likes the Cactus Cooler. The Lumberyard also turns into a fun place to country dance on Saturday nights!
Breakfast spot on Route 66 where Adam took Allison on their first date!
There is no place that feels more "Flagstaff" in town than the 2nd floor patio of the Weatherford hotel! Go in the entrance and ask them to be seated on the patio. They will direct you up the stairs to a little bar on the 2nd floor. Great spot a drink! There is also Charley's, which is a restaurant downstairs in the same hotel. Great lunch spot!
Best pizza in Flagstaff! Adam and Allison spent many lunches in between classes at this spot.
One of the last bars still standing from our college days! Lively night life, and reasonably priced drinks, but you will probably run into a lot of college kids if you go after 8pm.
Known for country dancing and dime beers!
Awesome hiking trail with great views!
During the summer, Snowbowl opens up its ski lift for a relaxing outdoor activity! The view from the top is incredible!
New brewery that's becoming very popular very quickly!
A cool brewery with a great patio in downtown Flagstaff.
Great brewery in Sedona if you need a stop on the way into town from Phoenix! Adam likes the Amber Ale. Sedona is about 45 minutes from Flagstaff.
Whenever the sun came out, we always went directly to The Creek in Sedona! There are a lot of hiking trails that lead to the creek, but this one is the easiest to follow.
The Grand Canyon is about an hour and a half from Flagstaff, but worth the trip if you have the time!
