When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by February 22nd, 2025. You can RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, right here on our website!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! Unfortunately, we are required to provide our venues with an exact number of guests by a certain date, so please don't be late to RSVP!

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We wanted to let you know, that both the ceremony & the reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, so we kindly request that you arrive as early as 2:00pm, this will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and mingle! Please arrive to the venue no later than 2:45pm. Our wonderful ushers will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect seat!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Guest are invited and encouraged to help us celebrate in style, please indulge us by dressing in bright and bold spring colors! This is a semi-formal celebration, meaning attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for ladies and a suit and tie for the gentlemen, or nice jeans and a blazer is acceptable. We ask that the ladies refrain from wearing shades of white that are traditionally reserved for the bride: Whites, ivories, champagne, and creams.

What should I do if I can’t attend the celebration?

Answer

You will be dearly missed. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance, we can make the necessary adjustments to our plans. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a gift table provided at the wedding.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

We are doing our very best to accommodate the ones we love. Your RSVP is specific to your household, please refer to your invitation. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us.

Am I allowed to take photos during your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and turned off. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly request no photos on social media until we post our first picture as Mr. & Mrs. Williams!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with you! Beer, Wine, and a special signature cocktail are on the house! However, we have chosen to do a cash bar for any other alcoholic beverages, so please bring cash or another form of payment.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you that will be brining children, we ask that if they become fussy or uncomfortable during the ceremony that you please take them to the foyer to attend to their needs.
