Our goal is to keep everyone healthy and happy! That being said, we do request that you wear a mask during the ceremony. At the reception we will ask that you wear a mask when approaching bars and congregated in groups. Good news - we will have masks for you! But if you have a fancy one you're ready to show off please do! :)
We will have three colored wristbands available upon arrival to the reception. These will allow you to choose your comfort level so others know as well - please keep 6 ft distance, ok with being close but please no touching, or bring on the hugs! We respect everyones various comfort levels so no wrong answers.
Our goal for the wedding is to make sure everyone arrives and leaves healthy. Please ask yourself these 3 questions before arriving - Am I experiencing any cold-like symptoms? Has a household member had symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days? Have I come into contact with anyone who tested positive or showed symptoms for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? If you answer Yes to any of these questions please know, we want you to celebrate with us, but it is best not to. Our moment with you will come! Just better it be in the future!!
Every other row in the church will be left empty to allow space for social distancing. If you require additional space there will be a separate room onsite where you can watch the ceremony via monitor.
The District is a multi-level building with outdoor balcony access to provide ample space for distancing. Dinner will be assigned seating on the first floor - once RSVPs are received we will thoughtfully make assignments with those you live with/travel with. Dancing will be on the second floor and will be set up as a lounge space with plenty of room and an outdoor balcony. Both floors will be open the entire time to provide various spaces for comfort.
There will be butlered hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour. Dinner will be plated and will be served directly to you (be sure to send us your selection on the RSVP!). All staff will be wearing proper protective equipment.
Sanitation stations will be available upon entry and throughout the venue. Masks and gloves will also be available.
Parking for The District is available along East Government and South Tarragona Street, or at any Pensacola Passport Parking Lot. Visit https://downtownpensacola.com/parking for more information!
There is ample parking at the church. If you are staying at the beach we will have a few trolleys available for transportation to the reception - they will return to the church parking lot after the reception at 10:30 PM.
PLEASE RSVP by October 1st! This will allow us to properly prepare and assign dinner seating. We understand we are living in a moving environment so if something changes after that date you can contact us via phone.
We have a block at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown! Please visit the travel page for more information.
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm (no buffered start time here!). You are welcome to arrive and begin seating at 3.
