We hope our guests can arrive on property Friday morning (Thursday evening if it suites your travel/work schedules better) and have a weekend in the mountains at an amazing resort with amazing people. We plan to spend most all of Friday playing in and tubing down the river, hiking, and enjoying everyone's company. Everyone is invited to the rehearsal dinner Friday evening. The ceremony and reception will be Saturday evening, so people can continue exploring and enjoying all that the property has to offer during the day until the ceremony begins around 5pm.
No. We chose this location with the idea of having an unplugged weekend to relax and enjoy every bit of nature and each other's company. There is wifi on the property, so you will still be able to use your phones, however the wifi does not extend to the cottages/yurts you will be staying in.
Everyone will stay on the BMBR property in a cottage or yurt, pre-assigned by Lee and Allison. All cottages/yurts on the property are fully equipped with AC, refrigerator, kitchenette, full bathroom with running water - think of it more as glamping. Once we receive all RSVPs, our event coordinator at BMBR will email you with the details of your cottage/yurt and how to pay, this will be close to one month out. The average cost per night is $250, but this will be split amongst 4+ people in most cases.
