Yes! Check out our “travel” page for instructions on how to book a room in the block at Hotel Providence!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving to Hotel Providence around 4:30 PM on Saturday, as the ceremony will begin at 5 PM.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered area, the cocktail hour will be outdoors as well, and the reception will take place inside the hotel.

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to Hotel Providence, however there are many hotels within walking distance to the venue and we have reserved a room block at Hotel Providence. Additionally, Uber is a reliable option to get around the city.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
