The Bride and Groom Arrive in Vegas

Allison and John will be arriving in Vegas around noon and then checking into around 3pm to the Cosmopolitan. If you are arriving on Thursday, please let us know the time and where you are staying so we can organize an evening meet-up!

"Marriage Can Be Murder" Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre

This is a murder mystery dinner theatre show. Tickets are 86$ per person and include the show, 3-course meal, non-alcoholic beverage, and taxes/tip. PLEASE let us know if you are interested in coming so we can make sure our reservation is accurate.

Meet up for drinks, games, and activities in the Downtown Las Vegas/Freemont Street area. Starting at LONGBAR but we might like to check out the rest of Fremont Street, a speakeasy called Commonwealth, or a bar featuring giant party games called The Gold Spike. Feel free to weigh in on where you might like to try!

Guest Pickup and Transportation to Calico Basin at Red Rock State Park for the Ceremony
3:15 pm - 4:30 pm
Cocktail Attire. Men can wear suits or blazers and slacks. Women can wear long or short dresses. Make sure to wear or bring flat comfortable shoes because there is a .25 mile walk from the parking area to the ceremony location in the desert with gravel and some uneven terrain. Please bring something warm in case it gets cold. Weather should be between 65 - 75 degrees and slightly windy.
Pickup will be promptly at 3:15. Please be on time as all guests will be transported in one vehicle! There will be NO CELL PHONE SERVICE in the ceremony location but you will be given directions and important phone numbers ahead of time in case of unforeseen issues. The ceremony venue is about a 35-45 minute drive from the Las Vegas strip. Bottled water, champagne, and small snacks will be provided but feel free to bring anything else you would like for the trip!
Our Wedding Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Guests will arrive at the site at approximately 4:30 and walk to the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin at 5pm. After the ceremony, we will have some cake, toasts, and photography. Transportation will be waiting to take everyone back to the Strip for the next event!
Reception Dinner
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Transportation will drop you off at the Palazzo. There may be some time before the dinner begins to explore the Palazzo or fit in a few rounds of Blackjack!
After Party
10:30 pm

Feel free to change into "party clothes" or whatever you like to hit the town in!
We will probably start at the Palazzo at LAVO or LABEL bar. We don't know where the night will take us and nothing is planned so far but it is likely there will be lots of laughs, cocktails, gambling, and hopefully some dancing! Feel free to leave comments with ideas!
