Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to know if you'd be able to make it as soon as possible but please RSVP by August 26th. Don't forget to include your meal choice and dietary restrictions! Also, let us know if you plan on coming to the after party and brunch.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start as close to 5:00pm as possible! Shuttles from Cambria Hotel will get you there in time. If driving yourself, leave enough time to drop your car with the valet, grab a drink, and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Garden Attire, but we're sure everyone will look great regardless of what you wear! Of note, Bartram's is a botanical garden with some grassy areas. We want everyone to be comfortable and ready to cut up that dancefloor!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding day will be adults only. It's the best time to get a babysitter so you can party with everyone ;)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, valet services are included and your car will be parked on site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles picking up our guests at Cambria Hotel and will also drop off at the end of the night (with a stop at the Deacon for those who are joining the after party!)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of allergies and other dietary restrictions so we can accommodate for all of our guests to have a fun and delicious day.
