What about Covid-19?

Answer

We are in constant communication with our venue and vendors. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our plans may change, but we are currently planning to move forward with our plans as scheduled. Please continue to check our wedding website regularly for updates and don't hesitate to reach out to us for questions or concerns.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Although we adore your children, our venue has limited capacity, so our special day is going to be an adult only event. We appreciate your understanding!

Will face masks be required?

Answer

We have made the decision to require masks during the ceremony, fully covering both nose and mouth. We know a large portion of our guests will either be vaccinated or temporarily immune to Covid-19, so face masks will not be required during the reception, but are welcome and encouraged if you would like to wear one! There will also be options to remain outdoors for the entirety of the night.

What if we want to stay outside the recommended hotel?

Answer

We have booked a hotel block near our venue (see travel page), but we understand that Airbnb and VRBO are also excellent choices if you want more space. We would recommend booking near chandler or in the southeast valley to ensure close proximity to our venue. Arizona is an extremely popular place to visit in spring and Ubers and Lyfts may be limited and more expensive, so please make accommodations early!

Where do we fly into?

Answer

Phoenix Sky Harbor is the primary hub in the Phoenix area, however there is a small airport called Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport in the east valley that would work.
