Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)

For ease of travel, we recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. The airport is conveniently located about 45 minutes to 1 hour from Sanibel Island and Captiva, making it the most accessible option for our celebration.

Hotel

'Tween Waters Inn & Marina

We encourage all guests to stay at Tween Waters. The Friday Welcome Party and Sunday Pool Party will both be on property. Shuttles will be provided to and from the Sanctuary for Saturday festivities. To book, please contact Group Reservations Manager, Marissa at 239.472.5161 ext. 405 and reference 12/26Jorgensen/Bloom for discounted rates and waived resort fees. All room block reservations must be made by September 5.

Travel Note

Transportation

For transportation, there are several convenient options for getting from the airport to the islands, including Uber, pre-arranged car services, or rental cars. Once on Sanibel and Captiva, transportation options are more limited. All wedding weekend events will either be at Tween Waters or will have transportation provided from Tween Waters for your convenience. However, if you plan to explore the islands during your stay, we recommend renting a car. For those interested in scheduling airport transfers in advance, Sanibel Island Taxi is a reliable local service.
