Where will the wedding take place?

Our wedding will take place at the beautiful Suisun Valley Inn at Monroe Ranch, located at 4400 Suisun Valley Road in Fairfield, California 94534.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:45 pm to ensure a smooth and timely start to our celebration.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be a semi-formal event, so dress to impress! The ceremony will be held outside on grass. For your comfort, we suggest being mindful when selecting footwear, especially heels. We ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, white, or cream.

Are children welcome at the event?

Answer

While we love your children, this will be an adults only event, except for our closest little VIPs.

Have you reserved hotel accommodations for guests?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at the Residence Inn by Marriott Fairfield Napa.

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

We won't be offering shuttle services, but rideshare apps like Lyft and Uber are widely available and a great option for safe travels to and from the venue.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our venue has limited capacity, so we can only welcome guests who are specifically listed on their invitation. If you have been granted a plus one, this will be clearly noted when you RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we are excited to offer an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you're unable to join us on our special day, we completely understand. Please RSVP "will not attend" as soon as possible so we can finalize our wedding arrangements. While we'll miss your presence, we appreciate your thoughtfulness in letting us know.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue for guests.

Where can I find a gift registry?

Answer

We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with the people we love most! We are not registered for traditional gifts, but contributions toward our newlywed fund would be deeply appreciated.
