FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! But please RSVP by June 1.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

Have you seen our kitchen? We've got stuff. We look forward to celebrating with you and request nothing more!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 5pm and ceremony is soon after so please arrive promptly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire in summer weather, which means: Look nice but dress comfortably and come ready to dance or schmooze.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Refer to your invite for plus one details. Or feel free to get in touch with Chris or Allie (alliebandchrisr@gmail.com) if something doesn't look right.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're expecting an adults-only ceremony with the exception of kids in our family. However, for any guests who are traveling with kids, please be in touch with Chris and Allie (alliebandchrisr@gmail.com) if we can help in any way (babysitters, etc).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! On the RSVP, we ask for any dietary restrictions. Please share even if we know them already; it helps to see them all in one place.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is tough around Prospect Park. We suggest getting an Uber/Lyft if you're looking to get there by car.

Question

What's this about a dog?

Answer

Mickey Grace will be co-maid of honor and joining for a majority of the ceremony. If you are allergic to dogs, know that we will likely have doors open in the Picnic House with good air circulation.
