Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the inviation. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to capacity limits at our ceremony and reception venues, the only children at our wedding are those in the wedding party. We hope that parents will enjoy this evening as a night out!
Please note that both our ceremony and our reception are being held at the same venue, Celebrations At Bay located at 2042 Knollview Dr, Pasadena MD 21122. There are multiple locations on site and we will be located in the "Tented Vista Ballroom".
We have reserved room blocks at the CASINO Live Hotel and The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. Please book your stay by August 25th, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. You can use the link under the Travel tab on our wedding website or contact the hotels directly and let them know you'd like to book under the "Walker/Luera Wedding" Block to receive our reduced rate.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway, they may be able to accomodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
Baltimore/Washington Internation Airport (BWI) is the closest airport to both of our room block hotels, approximately 15 minutes. The hotels will be easily accessible from BWI via taxi, public transit or ride share.
We will be providing a shuttle service between both hotels and the venue. Ahead of the ceremony there will be a shuttle leaving each hotel at 4:20pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guest back to the hotels starting at 9:30pm, with the final shuttle picking guests up at 11:00pm.
For guests within driving distance or who choose to drive their own vehicles to the venue, there is free onsite parking. Please note, that no vehicles can be left onsite overnight, so please drink responsibly or have a designated driver.
Septembers in Maryland can still be failry warm but start to cool down in the evenings. So we reccommend some sunglasses for the ceremony and maybe a light wrap or light coat for bare shoulders for the evening.
While we don't want to give the surprises away, we also want our guests to be informed! We'll be serving butlered hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a lavish buffet of stations of Allie & Austin's favorites to include chicken, beef, pork and pasta! There will be some vegetarian/vegan options available as well. If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accomodate you accordingly!
While we are serving a buffet with a multitude of options, please let us know your dietary restrictions and/or allergies and we will check with the chef to see how he can accomodate you.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and the reception!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we would ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 238 Old Magothy Bridge Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors in the Tented Vista Ballroom.
We kindly as that guests dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. For Women - Cocktail attire typically means a knee-length or midi dress, a chic jumpsuit, or a dress, skirt and top combination. Think elegant fabrics and festive touches, something you'd wear to a classy evening out, paired with heels or dressy flats. For Men - We recommend a suit or dress pants with a button down-shirt and tie. A jacket or blazer is encouraged but a full tuxedo is not required. Polished dress shoes complete the look. Our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable yet polished and ready to celebrate!
The doors to the venue will open 30 minutes prior to our ceremony time at 5pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to our ceremony time to ensure you have time to grab a refreshing beverage and find your seat. Please note, that due to the ceremony's location, if you arrive late to ceremony, you will have to wait and join us for cocktail hour as to not disturb the ceremony.
Our reception will end around 11pm but there will be shuttles starting around 9:30pm for guests who would like to leave a little earlier to go back to their hotels and will run through the end of the event.
