Coronado Beach
Coronado is renowned for its pristine beaches! These stretches of golden sand are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and beach picnics.
Hotel del Coronado
The Del is an iconic hotel right on Coronado Beach. It's a great place to walk around and enjoy a cocktail on the sundeck
La Jolla Cove
The Cove is small beach surrounded by cliffs in La Jolla. It is known for great snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking for the adventurous types, along with plenty of marine life including seals and sea lions to observe for those that would like to stay dry.
Liberty Station
Liberty Station is an old Marine Corps base converted into tons of shops and restaurants. Some of our favorites are Buona Forchetta (pizza) & Stone Brewery and Liberty Public Market
Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve
Torrey Pines is a easy and fun hiking trail overlooking the scenic coastline and famous Torrey Pines Golf Course.
Little Italy
Little Italy is one of our favorite places to go out to eat and drink! There are tons of good bars and restaurants in this area. Some of the favorites are Ballast Point Brewery, Waterfront Bar & Grill (one of the oldest bars in San Diego), Carruth Wine Cellars, and Crack Shack (amazing chicken sandwiches).
Gaslamp Quarter
For nightlife, this historic district is in the heart of downtown San Diego. There are restaurants, entertainment, art galleries, and shopping, all within walking distance. Some of my Bri and Matt's favorites are Altitude Sky Lounge, Vin de Sarah and Trailer Park after Dark.
San Diego Zoo
World-class zoo known for its unique animal encounters and naturalistic habitats. Only ten minutes from Coronado!

Mission Bay
Bordered by several beach communities, you can enjoy a wide selection of water activities. There are also 14 miles of bike trails. And it’s all just minutes from downtown.
