Can I bring a date? Are my kids invited?

Your invitation lists how many seats are reserved in your honor. If there is more than 1 seat listed, yes!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus will be provided to and from the hotels. However, if you want to drive, you may! There is parking available at the venue.

Semiformal. Please keep in mind it's an outdoor venue with a lot of grass so heels may not be the best option for ladies.

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue.
