Why is there no wedding party?

Our decision to remove the wedding party from the event tracks with our desire to keep the event simple.

Yes, the venue features a large parking lot.

What if I am traveling from outside Northern Virginia?

Answer

The venue is a ten-minute drive from Dulles International Airport. We will also book a block of rooms at the Westfields Marriott (14750 Conference Center Dr, Chantilly, VA 20151). Link to block rooms is here: https://book.passkey.com/e/50951879. This link will be open until 2/21/25!

What are the attire expectations?

Happy hour-type attire would be appropriate!

What is the planned structure of the event?

Answer

At 5pm, we will do a short ceremony. After, we will let attendees into the bar room for a cocktail hour, which will feature icebreaker games so attendees can get to know one another. At 6pm, we will serve a buffet dinner. After that, the dance floor will open up until around 9:00.

To finalize our planning, we ask that all attendees RSVP by March 1, 2025.
