Pizza & Brews before I Do's

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We’ll be hanging out at Lewis & Clark Tap Room the night before the wedding and would love for you to stop by to kick off the celebrations early! Enjoy a relaxed evening with provided pizza and a no-host bar — just a chance to grab a drink, say hello, and spend some extra time together before the big day. We’ll have a room reserved 5–9 PM, with access to the brewery’s games, patio, and more. Live music starts around 7 PM; guests are welcome to join the main taproom for a $5–$10 cover if you’d like to enjoy the show!

Shuttle pick up for ceremony

3:00 pm

A bus will be picking up at both hotels listed on the TRAVEL page of our website PROMPTLY at 3pm. This will be the only option to get to the ceremony on time if you are not driving. If you are booking an air bnb, camping, or staying at an alternative hotel and want to take the shuttle, please be at one of the 2 hotel options for a 3pm pick up.

The venue is about a 45-minute drive from Helena. If you prefer to drive, please plan to arrive early — the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, and we ask that guests be seated by 4:15 PM. Parking is available at the venue, and cars may be left overnight if you choose to take the bus back. Please note there will be no organized transportation to retrieve vehicles on Sunday, and all cars must be picked up by 11 AM on Sunday, September 27th.
