Olympic National Park
Olympic National Park is one of the best parts of Washington State. If you have extra time while in the area, we highly recommend that you check out some part of this park! Whether you're more excited about the Sol Duc Hot Springs, a drive or hike up to the Mt. Walker, or a longer hike up Mt. Townsend, the views can't be beat!
Fort Worden Historical State Park
Fort Worden State Park is a gem in Port Townsend. Bring your flashlight and wander through the army's former strategic base. Allie and Tim went here on their first trip away together! There's also a lighthouse, beach, and some fun restaurants and historic buildings.
Whale Watching at Puget Sound Express
Tim and Allie went on this tour when Allie was hurt with low expectations and were blown away -- we spotted both Humpback Whales and Orcas in a half day tour! This is truly an incredible experience and we absolutely recommend, especially if you haven't seen whales before!
