FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable while still looking polished. Please keep in mind that photos will be taken throughout the evening, and we hope you’ll dress in a way that creates beautiful memories. We kindly ask guests to wear natural, neutral-colored attire such as beige, brown, sage green, olive, soft gray, or muted earth tones. Please avoid bright or outlandish colors like neon shades, bold reds, hot pinks, or vibrant oranges.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 4, 2026. This will allow us to share our final food numbers with our caterer.

Question

I'm not finding my name in the RSVPs, what should I do?

Answer

Don't fret! Call our planner Guadalupe, directly at (515) 380-9315. She will be happy to take your RSVP verbally and input that you will be coming. If she is unavailable please leave her a message with your name and who will be attending and a phone number for her to call back just to confirm! Thank you so much!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not. In lieu of physical gifts we ask for a donation toward our honeymoon fund or our newlywed fund. These are not required, we appreciate your presence! Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You are more than welcome to arrive between 3:00 PM and 3:50 PM to enjoy outdoor seating. Please note that outdoor availability will depend on the weather, and we’ll know for sure on the day of the event.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our venue, which we chose for its location and historical significance, seating is limited. For this reason, the invitation is reserved for the individuals listed on the envelope only.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we respectfully request that our celebration be limited to guests aged 16 and over.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP.
