Question

Will there be shuttles to the venue?

Answer

We will have shuttles to the venue from Bozeman and Big Sky. We will have a large bus that will meet in Big Sky at The Wilson Hotel and shuttle people to the Ranch. First pickup time for Big Sky is 3:45pm Second shuttle pickup time for Big Sky is 4:10pm Ceremony starts at 4:30pm Shuttle from Bozeman will pick up at 3pm in downtown Bozeman in the Walmart parking lot on N 7th. Shuttle will be on the south end at the garden entrance by the bus stops. Shuttle back to Bozeman will leave Rainbow at 10:30pm Shuttles back to Big Sky will leave Rainbow at 10:15pm and 11:00pm

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors (on grass) and the reception is tented. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors

Are there any hotel blocks?

Answer

Because of another very large wedding on the same day, we were unable to do a hotel block. However there are many different options for Airbnb and VRBO in Big Sky, Gallatin Gateway and Bozeman. We also have a list of hotels we recommend under travel on our site.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love kiddos, however the only little ones that will be at our wedding will be Spencer and my nieces and nephews.
