Do I need to RSVP for a shuttle pick-up time?
Answer
Yes, please! We kindly ask that you RSVP for a shuttle time so we can ensure everyone arrives at the venue on schedule. We know it may feel a little early, but your help in keeping things running smoothly means so much to us. To make the wait more enjoyable, we’ll have beer and prosecco ready for you upon arrival before the ceremony begins. Is transportation provided to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We’ve arranged for shuttle vans to take guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick up from the Holiday Inn Hotel and Best Western in Dillsboro, NC. Shuttles will pick up at 3 pm and 3:30 pm. Pre ceremony drinks will be available upon you arrival to the venue. The shuttles will return guests after the reception from 8:30 pm -11 pm. If you have any questions about logistics, feel free to reach out! (There are NO Ubers available in Sylva, NC) We love you all, and want you to reach your destinations safely!

What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
It is an open air venue, so we recommend checking the weather to make sure you are dressing appropriately. Cocktail attire and comfortable shoes are encouraged for dancing, and as there is uneven terrain on the property.

Where is Innovation Station?
Answer
Please don’t confuse Innovation Station with Innovation Brewery in Sylva. Friday night’s festivities will be held at Innovation Station in Dillsboro, NC. (40 Depot St, Dillsboro, NC 28725)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony!

Are there any nearby accommodations?
Answer
Yes, there are great hotels near the venue. Check out our accommodations page for the recommended hotel and discount code for wedding guests. There are local cabins to rent also. However, we encourage you to stay at the hotels so you can catch the shuttle!

When should I book my hotel room?
Answer
If you received a save the date and are planning on attending , we wanted to let you know that hotel rooms in the area are filling up quickly due to peak season. To ensure you have a place to stay, we highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible! Please check our travel page for room blocks or contact the hotels directly to secure your room before they’re all gone. We encourage you to take advantage of the hotels, so that you can utilize the shuttle service. We can't wait to celebrate with you, and we want to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible. When do I need to RSVP by?

If you are planning on attending, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible and no later than September 1, 2025! We have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us. We hope that you understand!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate guests receiving a formal invitation. If you have a plus one on your invitation, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
