Nathan and Michael met on a chance occasion while Michael was visiting Houston, TX in 2012. The two became Facebook buddies and as luck would have it, they were re-united as co-workers later in the year when Michael took a job opportunity in Texas. They have been best friends ever since, except whenever a dog enters the room, as Nathan is obsessed with them! Please, everyone, don’t bring any dogs to the wedding!

Lauren is also another one of Allie's friends from UMD. They met at a Halloween party at Knox box and have been friends ever since! They have traveled all over together including Las Vegas, Miami, New York & even a few cruises to many many islands. One of the best Keto accountability partners there is!

Many people have asked how Michael and Chad became the best of friends, and the most common answer is that they met through mutual friends in college and slowly, but surely, pushed them aside in favor of combining forces and having the most hilarious and fun filled adventures in Milwaukee, WI. Chad remains one of the best friends and most trusted confidants Michael could ever ask for.

Sarela and Allie have been friends since they met in AP Calculus in high school! Sarela helped Allie pass the class... They worked together at both Mayorga Cafe & Oro Pomodoro (hostesses with the mostest!) back in college. Now she runs her own successful business & travels all around the world.

Vinnie and Michael go back the longest of Michael’s closest friends, as he is his big brother! They say that you cannot pick your family, but if you could, Michael would definitively choose Vinnie, 100 times out of 100. Their bond is one that Michael truly treasures and will forever be thankful for.

Lalique and Allie met at UMD, either at Cornerstone or a frat party! They have remained close since leaving College Park, along with their good friend Gina. Lalique is THE expert when it comes to all things bridal, as she helps run one of the top boutiques in the DC area! The couple was lucky to have her guidance in helping pick out the right attire for a beach wedding.

Adam, on top of having one of the greatest names in the history of the universe, also shares a deep love for Michael’s two favorite sports franchises, the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cubs. There really wasn’t a question on whether or not they would become great friends. Contrary to popular belief, they do engage on other topics! However, this is a bond that that will stand the test of time and both men are grateful to have each other in their lives.

Ashley is Allie's younger (but much taller) step-sister who lives in Virginia. She will be graduating from James Madison in the near future and has already started her own fashion line!

Josh has been described (by Michael) as one of the most generous, kind and fun friends a guy could have. The two met while living in Milwaukee and share an affinity for iced coffee and brunch spots, though Josh is without a doubt the foremost expert on the latter. Michael, Josh and Adam, while 1,000’s of miles apart, engage in a text thread on a semi-regular basis.

Shanna & Allie met at a friend's birthday party in Austin back in 2018! Shanna actually knew Michael before she met Allie, through her wider circle of friends in the Domain. She was also there the night the two lovebirds met in early 2019! Shanna was once Allie's next door neighbor at the Domain before moving to NYC to work as a nurse in Harlem hospital during the middle of Covid! Talk about a local hero! She is now working as a fertility nurse in San Jose.
