Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Answer

As much as we would love to have your little ones there, unless they are on your invitation, we ask that you come and enjoy a child-less night with us. For plus ones, it will specify on your invitation.

Can we take the shuttle if we are not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We just ask that you RSVP for it so we have an accurate headcount

Can we drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking though cars cannot be left overnight. If you plan to enjoy a drink or two, we ask that you please use the shuttle or arrange another ride

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm, we ask that you are there by 5:00pm. Feel free to explore the gardens if you have extra time. They are ours for the night!

There is a music festival (Living Life) going on this same weekend in Uptown Charlotte. If you decide to go into Uptown, be aware it will be very crowded!
