When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP no later than October 1, 2025. This will allow us to give our vendors an accurate head count! If you fail to RSVP by October 1, you will be marked as a "No" response. We will miss having you at our wedding, but unfortunately will not be able to accommodate late RSVP's.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 3:30! Our suggestion is 3:45 PM for 4:00 PM start.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love our guests to be in semi-formal attire.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive formal invitations. We ask that you only bring who is directly specified on the invitation; as a plus one will be indicated. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults only ceremony/reception. We hope you can make arrangements and come celebrate with us at our adults only event! 🤍

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Hard Rock and Casino Tulsa.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a large paved lot on the back side of the venue!
