When and where do I RSVP?

Please use the RSVP tab to respond. Search your name and select everyone in your party that will be attending. Kindly RSVP by September 26.

Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes before.

There is parking right out front of the venue.

What is the dress code?

Casual/semi-formal. Try to wear dark or fall colors if possible.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceromony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a photographer to capture everything so you can be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the pictures and videos you’d like!

What food will be served at the reception?

We’re excited to share that S&B BBQ will be catering our reception! Dinner will include pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, cheesy hashbrown potatoes, and rolls.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

We’ll have some drinks available for everyone, but you’re also welcome to bring your own if you prefer something specific. We just ask that you keep it simple and respectful so everyone can have a great time.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both will take place at The Round Barn Ranch. The ceremony is planned outdoors, but if the weather doesn't cooperate, we will move everything inside at the same location.

is smoking allowed at the round barn?

Answer

For safety reasons, smoking is permitted only in the areas near the parking lot and away from the venue, since the building is wooden and very old.
