What time is the shuttle leaving each hotel?

Hilton Garden Inn - 3:30PM, 3:55PM Staybridge Suites - 3:45PM, 4:10PM

The ceremony is supposed to be outside, what happens if it rains?

Answer

Fingers crossed the weather is on our side! However, if needed, we can move the ceremony inside the barn where the reception will be.

Is there air conditioning in the venue?

Answer

No, sorry there is not! However, the venue has large doors on both sides to increase airflow and there will be fans. With that said, there's also a chance it will be chilly so dress for the weather!

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you rsvp! Our caterer is very accommodating.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you're staying at one of the two hotels we've suggested, we encourage you to take the shuttle to the venue. However, there is plenty of parking if you choose to drive.
