We met our senior year at Indiana University at the romantic Kilroy's Sports Bar and Grill and our relationship took off from there! We fell in love goofing around, playing games, and eating Chipotle. We deepened our relationship through long distance, Covid lockdown together, and six years of PhD struggles. We've spent the last four years in our own place in Austin, loving our sweet, elusive river cats. Jonah knew that Allie was the person for him after our first trip together to Big Bend National Park and wanted to propose in a place that captured some of the magic of that weekend. We got engaged during the most beautiful sunset at Enchanted Rock State Park and celebrated our first few moments engaged watching the stars. We are excited to take our next steps together with our closest friends and family, celebrating the beginning of our married lives!
