What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail casual attire (no ties required). Feel free to dress to impress or keep it a little more relaxed, we care most that you’re comfortable and ready to celebrate.

What time should we arrive?

Doors open at 2:30 pm. Come grab a drink before the 3:00 pm ceremony starts.

Can I bring a plus one?

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep our day intimate.

How should we get to the venue?

Answer

As this is a downtown venue, parking is limited. We’re hoping most guests will be staying at one of the many downtown hotels, all of which are very walkable to the venue. Please plan to walk or Uber when you can!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the Montvale Hotel, self-parking is available for $10 per car. Otherwise, parking is limited to downtown street parking, and there are several paid lots nearby where pricing may vary.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block, but there are several hotels in downtown Spokane that are walkable to the venue (refer to our Travel page for some recommendations). If you book through the Ruby Hospitality Group and use the discount code MEC, you will receive a 20% discount at Montvale Hotel, Hotel Ruby, or Ruby River Hotel (the Ruby River is not within walking distance of the venue). If the discount code isn't working, call the hotel you're booking and they can get it added to your reservation. We also highly recommend the Historic Davenport Hotel or Davenport Tower (both are beautiful, iconic Spokane hotels within walking distance).

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We’ll be serving a BBQ-style dinner. Please share any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and our caterer will do their best to provide suitable alternatives.
