Hotel
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites for both Friday and Saturday nights. We will be providing a shuttle from the reception location back to the hotel at the end of the night. If the block fills up, there are plenty of other nearby hotels to choose from. Depending on where everyone books, the shuttle will also make additional stops for drop-off.

A shuttle will run approximately every 30 minutes from the reception site to Springhill Suites (and other nearby hotels if needed). Return service will begin at 9:00 PM and continue every 30 minutes until midnight to ensure our guests get back to their hotels safely! You are permitted to leave your cars at the reception site overnight if you would like.
