Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you wish, but we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than September 1st, 2026 so we have ample time to finalize food and other important details with our vendors!

If you have not RSVP'd by the September 1st deadline, you will unfortunately be marked as "not attending." As much as we would love to have you, we must submit a final headcount to our vendors and need a strict count. We will miss you and are hopeful we can celebrate with you another time!

Please arrive NO LATER than 2:45 so we can try our best to stay on schedule for a 3:30 ceremony start!

Answer

We would love for our guests to wear semi-formal attire in fall colors! Semi-formal sits between casual and formal. For women, this generally means a knee-length, tea-length, or midi-length cocktail dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or elegant separates. For men, a suit and tie or a sport coat and dress pants are great options. Tuxedos are not required. You can find some photos of examples under the "Dress Code Examples" section of our website! The venue does not permit jeans, sweatpants, or sneakers of any kind. We also kindly ask that you do NOT wear white, ivory, and any shade that can be confused as white!

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list in order to stay within our budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those directly listed on your invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us! Take this night to have a date night of your own!

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the Venetian for all guests!

Unfortunately, none of the hotels close to the venue offer shuttle services to any place but the airport. Despite this, there is free parking for every guest on site at the Venetian! We look forward to seeing you all there!

We will have a hotel recommendation listed in the travel section of our website! We have rooms blocked at the Delta Hotel in Barboursville, WV. A link to book with this hotel can be found in the travel section of our website or you can call to book and mention the Holbert Wedding Block for a discounted rate!

We are registered with Amazon and have created a honeymoon fund through venmo! We chose the venmo option Zola has to avoid card/processing fees for you! You can view each of these on the registry section of our website!

We have invested a lot of our budget into a fantastic photographer and videographer. We kindly ask that during the ceremony you keep ALL cameras or phones of any kind put away so that you can truly enjoy the moment with us, and our photographer will take care of the rest! Despite this, during the reception, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you want! We would love to see all the fun you are having!

Weather permitting, our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, our cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be inside. If it rains the day of, all festivities will take place inside.

Yes! At both cocktail hour and the reception, there will be a cash bar!
