RESORT AND PRICING We have chosen this resort as we wanted to find something both luxurious and yet affordable for our guests. We have looked at and negotiated with several resorts to find a good fit. Our Group Rate Adults: $200/person per night for Standard Junior Suite (sleeps 2) Price INCLUDES all food and drinks at the resort, transport to and from the airport, and other group perks and inclusions that we have requested for our guests. If you are interested in a different kind of room, please let the travel agent know and she can help you to book and negotiate it under the group accommodations. We are working with the travel agent to coordinate all of our guests travel. It is the way we are able to keep track of our group attendance (RSVP), coordinate group travel, etc... To ensure that you receive all the benefits associated with the group booking, PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM BY NOVEMBER 1st to be a part of our room block and rate guarantees. After Jan 10th, we can try to get more rooms in our room block but it is not guaranteed that we could get it. TRIP INSURANCE $75-$95 (cost varies depending on the number of nights you plan to stay) - HIGHLY recommended! In case you need to cancel your booking, this will ensure you get your money back up to 65 days before the event, and full travel credit after that. In case you do not or cancel, the bride and groom are responsible for the cost of your room.
