U.S. National Whitewater Center
If you are the adventurous type, you need to check out the U.S. National White Water Center while in Charlotte. At the WWC you can spend the day white water rafting, zip lining, climbing the rope courses, mountain biking, or paddle boarding down the river. If you're not the adventurous type, you can sit back and relax at the brewery on site. Fun fact, Olympians train here! The WWC is 15 minutes from the hotel.
Funny Bus
If you are looking for a fun night out with the perfect blend of laughter and learning about the history of Charlotte, you need to book a tour on the Funny Bus! Guests can bring their own beer & wine and can expect to laugh the night away. Please visit the website for location where the bus picks up - the pick up location is 15/20 minutes from the hotel. This is in Uptown Charlotte which we also recommend visiting!
Brewery Hoppin'
If you like enjoying the outdoors hanging out on a patio while drinking a beer, you are in the right city! Charlotte is known for its abundance of breweries. Some of our favorites include: Sycamore Brewing, Old Mecklenburg Brewery, Legion Brewing, Suffolk Punch Brewing, and NoDa Brewing Company. Most are 5 or 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.
Muddy River Distillery
This is about a 5 minute drive from the hotels. While we have never been, we have heard great things!
